Bank Details Form for Refund Request
Dear Candidate,

We would have highly appreciated the opportunity to be part of your future but we do respect your decision to request a refund. To proceed, please fill this form as a mandatory step. This form will help us acquire your bank details to process your refund.

Note:
1. Once you submit this form, you will receive a confirmation via email with further details. Kindly make sure all details entered are correct.
2. Your request will be processed as per ITM’s refund policy, with a refund timeline of minimum 90 - 120 days days from the date of submission of bank details.
3. Refund will be processed as per candidate's eligibility for refund amount as per the refund guidelines.
4. A Processing Fee of Rs.1000/- will be deducted from the Final Refund Amount.
