2. Your request will be processed as per ITM’s refund policy, with a refund timeline of 90 to 120 days. Refund will be processed as per candidate's eligibility for refund amount as per the refund guidelines.

3. A Processing Fee of Rs.1000/- will be deducted from the Final Refund Amount.
